So we are only one week into February and already I feel like I have made some good progress. Below is a graph I pulled from SportsTrack showing my logged activities this year. In this first week of February I have almost done as much as in the whole of January, and completely destroyed it distance wise. I have been doing my best to get out and do a circuit on the bike every night, and have been keeping to the jogging in the mornings (exams permitting). I am well on target for a good month, and aim to crush it.
